Located on the beautiful Bonnieheath Estate, your Luxury Farmhouse visit will have you excited to relax and explore. Wake up in what many call "a magical place".

Surrounded by natural beauty, imagine walking in fields of lavender, hiking farm trails, bird watching or wandering through our pretty little vineyard.

During your stay, you are free to roam our 130-acre Farm after business hours, however please see our seasonal retail hours to know if our Winery is open. Private wine tastings and shopping experiences may be available.

As our guest, we invite you to make yourself at home in our three-bedroom, one-bathroom vintage-styled house. Each room is uniquely designed using a mixture of the old and new. The front and side lawn of the house are for your exclusive use.

During your stay, you will have full access to the country porch, which includes an eight-person jacuzzi and a quaint swing and seating area facing the beautiful lavender fields.

You will find comfort in all three of our bedrooms:

The Waterford Room

Stay in a cute little room with a queen bed, handmade quilt and pretty French Country décor. Facing North to Waterford, guests can visit the artisan shops, bakery, brewery and antique market.

The Norfolk Room

Situated beside our winery boutique, you will have views of our vintage silo, woodland garden and some lavender rows. With two pretty queen beds, this room accommodates four people.

The Provincial Room

This room has one queen bed and the best and most beautiful view of our lavender fields and vineyard.

The Bonnieheath Farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful country views all year long. Our unique property offers an exciting opportunity to get away with friends and family or utilize the house and venue for a larger event party or retreat.

Other Rooms & Uses

Commercial Kitchen

The commercial kitchen is set up for cooking and baking and is equipped with all the tools and essentials of home. The rental of the house includes the use of our fully equipped commercial kitchen for non-commercial purposes.

All commercial use rentals may require a separate booking at an additional charge. 

Celebrations & Parties

Parties and special events held at the house also require a separate booking at an additional charge. There is an additional fee if there are more than eight guests on the property. Our maximum capacity is 15, during the day, in the house and 35 on the lawn at any time. This is perfect for small gatherings, but also the Farmhouse may be booked if you would like to host a larger event using the outdoor spaces on the property.

Alcohol Policy

At Bonnieheath Estate, we have a unique alcohol policy as a Wine & Cider producer and By The Glass licensee. Here's how it works: Feel free to bring and enjoy your own alcohol at the house, on the porch, or in the front yard. However, we kindly request that you refrain from taking your own alcohol beyond those designated areas.

During your visit, we invite you to experience our delightful selection of wines and ciders available at the winery. Feel free to sip and stroll as you explore the beautiful grounds of Bonnieheath Estate. If you decide to take a glass with you back to the house, please note that it should remain there and cannot be brought back to the winery property.

We want to ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience at Bonnieheath, and we appreciate your cooperation with our alcohol policy. If you have any questions or need further clarification, our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you.

Home Base Lounge

The back entrance is another rental space that can be booked on our website. We have dedicated this area to Photographers, Brides, Models or other Professionals needing a "home base" to run an event, ceremony or festival. This is also a great space if you are looking for a creative lounge to host a 4-6 person meeting. There is a large glass whiteboard, perfect for brainstorming or taking group notes.

Bonnieheath is a working Lavender Farm, Vineyard, and Winery. We do not allow any noise or outdoor activity after 11 pm. We acknowledge the use of cameras and digital security monitoring at our entrances and parking lots.

During your visit, we will guide you to explore the surrounding areas with the many attractions, like artisan and antique shops, wineries, breweries, apple and berry farms, markets, fairs, gardens, parks, and beaches.

Revisions to This Policy

Bonnieheath Estate reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy, our Internet Service Agreement and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with the Internet Service Agreement.
